DocSpawn is a supercharged version of Microsoft Office mail-merge (generating Word documents from Excel files). With DocSpawn, with a simple interface you can create, generate and distribute hundreds of documents in just a few minutes.
Paid Early Access will begin rolling out in August 2024. Those on our waitlist will be granted access on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, as long as you can export the data from the software you use, whether it’s SaaS or not, you can import it into DocSpawn for seamless document generation. Currently, we support .csv and .xls(x) files. We are planning to create direct API integrations with third-party software, either directly or through Zapier, Pabbly, and others.
Once you receive the access link, you’ll just need your base document in a pdf format to get started.
This will be a possibility in the short run. But why use Google Forms when you can just used DocSpawn to create fully functional documents from a form within our platform?
Drag your .csv or .xls file to DocSpawn, select the data for which you want to generate documents, and click the “Spawn” button. All you need is enough credit in your account.
Yes, your documents can be seamlessly sent to multiple recipients, based on your data, form input or other preferences.
